 The Credentials: WHS qualifications + 5+ years’ experience + registered RTW Coordinator  The Knowledge: Deep understanding of WHS legislation & wellbeing frameworks. Knowledge of multi-state WHS/RTW legislation  The Impact: Proven ability to influence cultural change  The Skills: Communication and facilitation that actually gets results
