About Us MTK Building is a trusted provider of building and maintenance services to Social Housing Groups and Property Management companies across South East Queensland. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Service M8 Admin Guru to take control of this position.

Position Details

• Role: Casual Admin Management position.

• Schedule: 3 days per week (9:00am – 2:30pm)

• Location: Beenleigh, QLD

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate job scheduling via Service M8 and advise field staff on job locations

• Create and manage work orders using ServiceM8

• Create weekly internal KPI reports

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience using Service M8 for job management is a distinct advantage

• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel

• Must be honest and reliable

• Background in Property Management is a plus

• Quick learner with strong attention to detail
