As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in helping customers find the right vehicle while delivering an outstanding buying experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.Key Responsibilities
Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, online leads, and showroom visitsWelcome customers and create a positive first impressionIdentify customer needs and recommend suitable Chery vehiclesConduct vehicle presentations and test drivesMaintain strong product knowledge and awareness of current promotionsFollow up sales opportunities and maintain accurate CRM recordsWork closely with finance and aftersales departments to deliver a seamless customer experienceBuild lasting customer relationships to generate repeat and referral businessAchieve individual sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction standardsAbout You
