Child Care Educators (Cert III)

Terranora Preschool & Early Learning has been part of the community for over 18 years, with many long‑term educators who create supportive, stable and welcoming environments. We are currently seeking Casual Child Care Educators (Cert III) to join our team who have availability to work every Monday and Friday.

About the Role:

• As a valued member of our team, you will:

  • Support the delivery of engaging, child‑centred programs that nurture each child's interests, wellbeing and development

  • Build positive behaviour guidance strategies

  • Document children's learning, achievements and experiences

  • Maintain clean, safe, welcoming and inspiring learning environments

  • Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues

  • Contribute to our service philosophy, values and community‑focused approach

About You:

• We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standard and Child Protection expectations

  • Strong teamwork and organisational skills

  • Confident written and verbal communication, plus basic computer literacy

  • A current First Aid Certificate, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training (or willingness to obtain)

  • First aid and CPR certificates must be obtained within 3 months of starting the position

  • A valid Working With Children Check

  • Must hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care

  • Available to work every Monday and Friday (essential)
