Full Time Position requiring a minimum of 38 hours per week

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience

SBS Engineering is a locally owned business specialising in Fixed Plant & Mobile Plant Equipment

As a result of the company’s continuous growth, we are looking for experienced Scaffolders to join our team in the Goldfields.

The Role: We are seeking reliable and motivated Scaffolders to support mining operations, shutdowns, and maintenance works. This hands-on role involves the safe erection, alteration, and dismantling of scaffolding systems across fixed plant and site infrastructure.

• Fits and bolts tubes, support braces and components to form bases and build up scaffolding

• Lifts and positions sections of scaffolding

• Erects guard rails, guy wires, ropes and clamps, lays planks, and hangs safety nets

• Dismantles and removes scaffolding from building sites 

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

• HRWL – Intermediate or Advanced Australian Recognised Trade Certificate III or equivalent qualification

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Scaffolder

• Experience in shutdowns and maintenance environments

• National Police Certificate

• Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical & Drug and Alcohol Screen

• Construction White Card

• Working at Heights Certification < 2 years

• Valid Australian Drivers Licence

• Strong safety focus and commitment to team values
