The Role

Fantastic opportunity to join a busy, productive customer and results driven team as an Account Executive.

By joining Fire Equipment Services (FES) a department of Fire Rescue Victoria your primary role involves working in a busy team who collectively provide excellent customer service.  You will manage incoming emails and enquiry calls, as well as to support the team of "on road" technicians that deliver and install our products to our customers.  

The Team

Joining us as our new Account Executive you will look after the FES customer base to build relationships and help the service and sales team build the FES commercial business. 

Managing activity and service records you will use FES in-house systems; you are also proficient in MS Office and have well developed administrative skills.

About The Role

You will manage key accounts to ensure their business requirements are met, as well as participating in tender submission and key account service and management.

What You Will Need To Succeed

To be successful in this position, you will have:

• Tertiary qualifications in a related Business field or in fire protection industry or;

• Completion of an appropriate Certificate in Administration 

• Excellent level of relatable skills and work experience
