Working at Redland Pharmaceuticals offers the opportunity to be part of a collaborative environment where operational excellence and integrity are central to the business.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Bookkeeper/Office Manager role based in Brendale, QLD. The role involves managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, invoicing, expense tracking, and maintaining accurate financial records. The Bookkeeper/Office Manager will also oversee office operations such as coordinating supplies, supporting internal and external communications, organizing files and documentation, and assisting with scheduling and basic HR administration. Responsibilities include preparing reports for management, supporting compliance with financial and regulatory requirements, and liaising with vendors, customers, and service providers. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy office environment.Qualifications Proficiency in bookkeeping and accounting practices, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.Experience using accounting or ERP software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks) and strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.Demonstrated office management capabilities, such as coordinating supplies, managing records, and supporting scheduling and administrative processes.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain accuracy under deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.Knowledge of basic financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance requirements; experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare is an advantage.Relevant qualification in bookkeeping, accounting, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality of financial and business information.
