About The Role:

This exciting role will require you to work alongside a fantastic, professional and motivated local team, including optometrists and experienced optical dispensers. You will attend to patient vision care needs and support the team with daily sales, customer service, operations, administration and marketing.

In this role, you will join our team as a Full-Time team member. You will work five days a week with shifts scheduled between Monday and Sunday. Evening and Weekend availability is a must.

An immediate start is available for the right candidate.

What Your Day Looks Like:

• You will be involved in all aspects of our customer's optometry journey from using high-tech pre-test equipment to dispensing and frame styling.

• Delivering exceptional customer service.

• Working towards sales and customer experience targets and KPIs.

• Complaint Resolution.

• Maintenance of Store Presentation Standards and Stock Management.

• Operational/admin tasks as needed in general day to day running of store.

• Optical dispensing qualification experience is highly desired, but not essential.
