In response to strong client demand for our services, we are seeking a manager to join our Asset Management and Performance Consulting team. We encourage anyone who possesses 7+ years of experience and the following skills to apply:

Multiyear experience in consulting or problem-solving within a commercial, start-up, not-for-profit, disruptor or gig organisationExperience leading and mentoring teams with a passion to develop others as well as yourselfExperience in the use of structured problem-solving approaches / frameworksHighly effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to build strong relationships with a range of clientsStrong facilitation skills for large groups of people that are adaptable for different situations and communications stylesExperience conducting analysis (desktop research, data analysis, reviewing documents, interviewing etc.) and synthesising into digestible outputs (e.g. reports, presentations)Experience in creating business development materialsCuriosity to learn and proactivity to bring forward ideasExperience with global mining, oil and gas and/or other asset intensive industries is preferred
