About the Role

Aby & Co Hair & Beauty is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Hairdresser / Stylist to join our growing team. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years' salon experience who can confidently manage their own clientele, deliver exceptional service, and assist with the day-to-day leadership of the salon.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hair cutting, colouring, foiling, balayage, styling and blow waves to a high standard.

• Provide professional consultations and recommend suitable services and home care products.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable client experiences.

• Build strong client relationships and encourage rebooking.

• Maintain a clean, organised and professional workstation.

• Assist with opening and closing procedures.

• Support stock management and salon operations.

• Mentor junior team members and apprentices.

• Handle client concerns professionally and confidently.

• Contribute to achieving salon sales and performance targets.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a qualified hairdresser.

• Certificate III in Hairdressing (or equivalent).

• Strong skills in cutting, colouring and styling.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Professional presentation and positive attitude.

• Leadership or management experience highly regarded.

• Experience with hair extensions, keratin treatments or nanoplasty is advantageous.
