Director

• $40 - $58/hr (depending on Qualification & Experience) + Director’s Allowance + Super + Salary Packaging
• This is a full-time Fixed Term Contract, located in Airlie Preschool, Oatlands  
• The service operates during school terms from 8:30am  - 4pm Monday to Friday.
• Fixed term full time contract till May 2027!

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Nominated Supervisor and Service Director to lead our preschool service – someone who can inspire educators, partner with families, and create a nurturing, play-based environment where children thrive. We are looking for someone who has strong leadership experience working for an exceeding service!

What you’ll be doing: 

• Lead, mentor and support a dedicated team of educators
• Oversee daily operations to ensure compliance with the National Quality Standards
• Foster inclusive, respectful relationships with children, families and the community
• Guide curriculum decisions that promote belonging, wellbeing and curiosity
• Champion continuous improvement through the Quality Improvement Plan

Your Qualifications & Experience

• A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
• At least 3 years’ experience as a Teacher or Early Learning Leader
• Experience as a Nominated Supervisor and Director.
• Sound knowledge of the National Quality Standards and early childhood best practice
• Strong leadership experience, communication and organisational skills
