Luxury Yacht Charter Specialist - Morris Nautical

Morris Nautical is seeking a talented and hands-on Luxury Yacht Charter Specialist to manage the reservation journey and marketing of our fleet of exceptional superyachts.

About the Role

This role is centered around creating exceptional client experiences and managing the seamless journey from first enquiry through to embarkation. You’ll build meaningful relationships with clients, brokers, and partners, ensuring every interaction reflects the quality, care, and attention to detail that defines Morris Nautical.

Beyond managing reservations, you’ll play an important role in bringing our brand to life — helping showcase our yachts, destinations, and experiences through thoughtful media, PR, social media storytelling and content coordination.

You’ll be supported by an experienced team who will work alongside you, sharing knowledge, providing guidance, and ensuring you have the support and partnership needed to thrive from day one.

Key Responsibilities 

• Taking ownership of the complete charter journey across the fleet — from the first enquiry through to post-charter follow-up.

• Building trusted, long-term relationships with clients, brokers, agents, suppliers, and industry partners — this is the heart of the role.

• Anticipating client needs and managing expectations with professionalism, care, and attention to detail.

• Preparing tailored quotes and proposals — with pricing structures in place, your focus is on creating a seamless and compelling client experience.

• Overseeing charter invoicing, including deposits, instalments, and final payments, while working closely with our accounting team to ensure everything is accurate and on schedule.

• Coordinating exceptional luxury charters and events across a diverse fleet, with each yacht offering its own unique identity and experience.

• Being a trusted point of contact for our broker and agent network — responsive, knowledgeable, and reliable, ensuring they feel confident placing their clients with us.

• Taking ownership of Morris Nautical’s social media presence, helping bring our yachts, destinations, and charter experiences to life through engaging and considered storytelling.

• Lead day-to-day marketing activity across paid digital, social media, website, email, PR and advertising. 

• Supporting the growth of the Morris Nautical brand by identifying opportunities to showcase our fleet, partnerships, client experiences, and the unique stories behind each yacht.

 About You 

You are a proactive, detail-focused professional who enjoys providing exceptional service. You are comfortable managing relationships with discerning clients, brokers, and partners, and you understand that luxury is built through thoughtful communication, attention to detail, and consistently exceeding expectations.

You will bring: 

• Experience in luxury tourism and yachting will be highly regarded.

• A deep understanding of different charter regions, and the ability to build customised itineraries to highlight each destination.

• Strong written communication, editing and proofreading skills. 

• Experience managing social media, email marketing, website content and campaign assets. 

• A good understanding of digital marketing and campaign reporting. 

• A strong eye for detail, quality and brand consistency. 

• A commercial mindset and interest in driving bookings and growth. 

• A collaborative approach and confidence working with UHNW clients.
