• The firm is known for its practical, commercial advice, trusted client relationships and ability to handle both everyday transactions and more complex property matters.

About the role:

Work across a broad mix of property and commercial matters, such as:

• Residential and commercial property sales and purchases.
• Commercial, retail and industrial leasing for landlords and tenants.
• Mortgage and loan documentation for lenders and borrowers.
• Business sale and purchase transactions.
• Contract reviews, negotiations and transaction management
• More complex property and business matters, including development management work.

The ideal candidate:

• Have at least 1 – 3 years’ PQE in property law.
• Strong drafting, communication and attention to detail.
• A practical, commercial approach to client matters.
• Confidence managing files with appropriate supervision.
