Charley's Place Early Learning Holland Park is opening its doors in 2026, and we are building a passionate, dedicated team of Early Childhood Educators who are ready to inspire young minds and help shape a beautiful new learning community from day one. At Charley's Place Early Learning, we believe educators deserve to feel valued, supported, and celebrated. Key responsibilities
Create a warm, nurturing, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment
Build strong, respectful partnerships with children, families, and the community
Support, mentor, and collaborate with educators in your room/team
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework, EYLF, Child Safe Standards and service policies
Contribute to a positive, joyful team culture grounded in Play, Education, and Success
About you
Diploma Qualified Educator
Certificate III Educator
Early Childhood Teachers (ECTs)
Ready to be a part of something really special
Passionate about Early childhood education
Holds unrestricted Australian working rights
