EXPERIENCED Front of House & Bar STAFF

Gold Mines Hotel is looking for experienced, enthusiastic and reliable Front of House staff to join our friendly team.

Part time and Casual positions available.

As one of Bendigo's well-established hospitality venues, we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding food, service, and memorable guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have proven hospitality experience, exceptional service standards, and the ability to deliver outstanding guest experiences

What you'll be doing:

• Providing exceptional table service and creating a welcoming experience for every guest.

• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

• Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.

• Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional dining environment.

• Assisting with opening and closing duties.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in a busy restaurant.- minimum 1 year.

• A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.

• Strong communication and teamwork.

• The ability to remain calm and efficient during busy service periods.

• Availability to work evenings and weekends

• Current RSA

• Barista or Bar experience
