Key Account Manager

Reporting to the Manager of ARC Cairns, this role will take charge of a healthy existing portfolio and will also focus on winning new business and expanding ARC’s customer base across the area.

We are looking for someone with a value-based approach to sales. 
 

What you will be doing

• Generate new opportunities to build on new and existing client base
• Build and maintain customer relationships through solution-based selling
• Maintain and strengthen the existing customer relationships
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to resolve customer queries and deliver on exceptional service
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes and service
• Drive sales growth, market share and profitability across your territory

What you will bring:

• Proven ability to grow existing accounts while identifying and converting new business opportunities
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence a diverse customer base
• Excellent communication, negotiation and time management skills, coupled with a strong drive to achieve results
• Strong business acumen and reporting skills
• Experience using a CRM and MS suite
