Prom Country Aged Care (PCAC) is a respected community-owned residential aged care provider located in the picturesque township of Foster, in Victoria's South Gippsland region.
Established to serve the local community, PCAC operates as an incorporated association governed by a voluntary Board of Management. The Board is drawn from the organisation's membership and reflects a diverse cross-section of the community, ensuring strong local representation and a genuine commitment to community wellbeing.
PCAC provides high-quality residential aged care services that support residents to age in place with dignity, independence and respect. In addition to permanent residential care, the organisation offers short-term respite care services, providing valuable support to older people and their families throughout the region.
Skill Requirements
Essential
Previous experience in an executive assistant role.
Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
Demonstrated excellent time management and organisational skills in a dynamic work environment.
Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills
Accurate documentation preparation and presentation skills
Demonstrated IT literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google applications (e.g. Word, Excel)
Desirable
Website and social media management
Working knowledge of Aged Care Standards and legislation
