Bar Supervisor

We are a busy modern pub venue looking for a hands-on Bar Supervisor to keep things running smoothly across our Weekdays and Weekends. You'll be the go-to person in the Bar — supervising staff, handling issues as they arise, and making sure patrons enjoy their experience at our Venue.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing nightly operations across bar and some floor

• Leading and supporting bar & floor staff during service

• Ensuring compliance with RSA, liquor licensing, and OH&S requirements

• Handling cash, reconciliations, and end-of-night reporting

• Maintaining venue presentation, cleanliness, and stock levels

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality pub or late-night venues

• Current RSA certification (Victorian)

• Strong leadership and people-management skills

• Calm under pressure and quick to solve problems

• Solid understanding of liquor licensing and venue compliance

• Availability — Days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
