Minimum 2 years' experience in a professional kitchen Relevant Chef qualifications or equivalent trade experience HACCP and sound Food Safety knowledge

Experience working in high-volume catering environments Ability to work across a range of food service offerings, including daily operations, events and functions Exceptional grooming and pride in presentation

Ability to produce quality food using fresh ingredients and demonstrate creativity Strong organisational and time management skills Passion, dedication, reliability and a willingness to learn
