We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead our Gold Coast based warehouse. The Supervisor is responsible for the PM shift (12pm – 8:30pm), coordinating and maintaining warehouse and transport operations and overseeing strategic warehouse growth projects, including review and implementation of improved safety systems and processes. This role is suited to a leader who can balance people management, daily operational demands, and accountability for results. You’ll be on the floor, visible, supportive, and leading by example.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate, oversee, and supervise inbound and outbound afternoon operations and staff.
Manage company fleet including scheduling, maintenance, safety, and compliance. Work with external transport carriers.
Maintain accurate documentation - pallets, freight, consignment notes, dangerous goods, and transport paperwork.
Ensure stock accuracy through stocktakes, cycle counts and regular checks.
Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to, including safety, chain of responsibility and housekeeping standards.
Lead by example, guide teams to our quality-first approach to warehousing.
About You:
3+ years’ experience in warehouse or transport operations.
Prior experience in a management or supervisory role.
Experience managing processes within a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Great communicator with a practical, solution focused mindset.
Chain of Responsibility understanding.
Current Forklift License
Certificate III in Warehouse and Logistics or related discipline
