ITF Hire specialises in Temporary Fencing, Portable Toilet Hire and Servicing, Liquid Waste Management and both Internal and External Hoarding. ITF Hire has been servicing the greater Sydney region for over 16 years, providing their clients with quality products and reliable services. 

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced, full-time Customer Service & Sales Officer that will be an integral part of our Temporary Fencing business. 

This role is 5 days per week, Monday to Friday, from 8.00am to 5.00pm.

We are flexible in how this role is structured and are open to engaging the right candidate, depending on experience and availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the customer journey from enquiry through to project completion and follow-up.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business.

• Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, understanding and fulfilling client needs.

• Prepare accurate quotes and review booking requirements to determine fencing quantities and costs.

• Liaise with clients and stakeholders, providing progress updates and resolving concerns promptly.

• Work with scheduling and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery, installation, and removal of fencing.

About You:

• Experience in client relationship management and/or sales, ideally within the hire, construction, or related industries.

• Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and mentor others.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Commitment to safety and knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations.

• Current driver’s licence.
