We are at an exciting point in our journey and are seeking an experienced, results driven Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our growing team in our 6-star offices, based in Sydney CBD.
This is an opportunity to make an immediate impact, partnering with business leaders to attract, engage and hire exceptional talent across our sales and business development functions.
You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and taking ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process while delivering an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
What you'll be doing:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across a portfolio of Business Development Manager and sales-focused roles.
- Create compelling job advertisements and implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract top sales talent.
- Proactively identify, source and engage passive candidates through a variety of recruitment channels.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews and assessments, managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to offer.
- Coordinate interviews, offer management and pre-employment checks to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring requirements.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout every stage of the recruitment journey.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reporting within the ATS.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, recruitment projects and employer branding activities.
About you You'll bring: - 4+ years' experience in internal or agency recruitment, managing end-to-end hiring processes.
- Proven experience recruiting Business Development, Sales and other revenue-generating roles.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
- Demonstrated success sourcing candidates through proactive talent attraction strategies beyond traditional job advertising.
- Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise competing demands.
- A proactive, resilient and solutions-focused approach to recruitment.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for connecting high-calibre talent with career opportunities.
