The Emeline is a thriving GP-owned mixed billing practice in Malvern, and we're looking for a VR GP to join our team as patient demand continues to grow.

This is a genuine growth opportunity, with established demand from day one—particularly for evening and weekend appointments. Whether you're looking to complement your current practice, increase your income, or find a long-term clinical home, we'd love to have a confidential chat.

Sessions Available

We're primarily seeking a GP for:

• Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday afternoons/evenings: approximately 2:00pm–8:00pm (flexible start time)

Additional weekday morning sessions are also available if you'd like more hours.

A Practice Designed Around Quality Care

Our purpose-built clinic includes:

• Eight modern consulting rooms

• Fully equipped treatment room

• Experienced nursing and reception teams

• Melbourne Pathology onsite

• Psychology and podiatry services

• Visiting specialists including geriatrics, gastroenterology, upper GI & bariatric surgery, and medical oncology

You'll be joining a collaborative team of 10 experienced GPs with diverse clinical interests. While everyone practises independently, there's always someone happy to discuss a challenging case or offer a second opinion.

Education & Culture

We're passionate about creating a practice people genuinely enjoy coming to.

We hold monthly clinical meetings that comfortably meet annual CPD requirements, along with regular team lunches and social events. They're never compulsory—but they're usually well attended because people enjoy working together.

About You

We're looking for a doctor who is:

• Vocationally registered

• Eligible for unrestricted Medicare billing 

• Passionate about high-quality general practice

• Looking to build long-term relationships with patients

• Someone who values autonomy, collaboration and a supportive team culture

Doctors on Moratorium

We welcome enquiries from GPs currently on moratorium who may require a Section 19AB exemption to work in a non-DPA location.

Depending on your circumstances, opportunities may exist under:

• a Teaching Program Exemption, or

• a 6-month Locum Exemption.
