Front Office Sales & Administration Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound sales enquiries via phone and email.

• Prepare customer quotations and process sales orders.

• Provide exceptional customer service to existing and new clients.

• General reception and front office duties.

• Process invoices, purchase orders, and customer documentation.

• Assist with accounts administration using Xero.

• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.

• Support the sales and operations team with administrative tasks.

• Learn and effectively use the company's CRM system.

• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and transport providers.
