At George Brand, we’re looking for an ambitious, people-focused professional ready to take the next step.  This is a genuinely unique opportunity for driven agents who are new to sales or in the early stages of their career to step into a clear pathway towards becoming a lead agent.  From day one, you will be positioned as the George Brand agent with your own territory. You are supported to build your own profile, database, relationships and market presence, while receiving the structure, coaching and accountability that is often missing when an agent first goes out alone.

You will receive hands-on, inhouse coaching across prospecting, pipeline development, listing presentations, negotiation, vendor and buyer communication, database management, marketing, campaign management and business planning.

You will also have access to George Brand’s established systems, technology, marketing support and experienced leadership, giving them the opportunity to grow their business without having to navigate every challenge alone.

This is not an assistant role or a traditional apprenticeship. It is an opportunity to begin building a long-term sales career, personal brand and market share from the outset, with the backing of an established local agency and a highly experienced Sales Team Lead.

About you

You may already be working as a:

• Sales Associate or Sales Assistant

• Buyer Manager

• Property Manager or Business Development Manager

• Leasing Consultant

• Real Estate Receptionist or Administrator

• Real estate professional ready to move into sales

More importantly, you’ll be motivated, coachable and ready to take ownership of your career.

You will bring:

• Current experience within the real estate industry

• A strong work ethic and genuine desire to succeed

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Confidence, energy and a professional approach

• A willingness to learn, prospect and step outside your comfort zone

• A current NSW Class 1 or 2 real estate licence

• A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

Previous sales experience is valuable, but attitude, commitment and cultural fit matter more.
