Accounts Administrator

Are you an Accounts Administrator who's known for your crunching numbers and attention to detail? We need your skills!

Nightlife Music is searching for someone who loves keeping things accurate, organised and running smoothly behind the scenes. We're looking for a new team member who can support our Accounts team and help ensure our financial and administrative processes operate seamlessly.

Our music and video streaming service for business has been operating for over 30 years, providing entertainment to thousands of venues across Australia. As our business continues to grow, so does our need to expand various areas of the business – including our Accounts team!

We're chasing a capable full-time in office Accounts Administrator to support the day-to-day financial operations of the business while providing outstanding administrative support.

At Nightlife Music, you will...

• Process supplier invoices, banking and account reconciliations

• Monitor debtor accounts and follow up outstanding payments

• Maintain accurate financial records and databases

• Provide administrative support to the Accounts & Sales team

• Assist with month-end processes and other ad hoc accounting duties

If applying for this role, you should tell us about your...

• Previous experience in an accounts administration or finance support role

• Experience using accounting software

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Excellent organisational and time management skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced team environment

• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and contribute
