Summary
Airservices Australia is at the forefront of one of the most significant aviation transformation programs in the country. Through the OneSKY Australia Program, we are delivering the future Civil Military Air Traffic Management System (CMATS) in partnership with the Department of Defence, transforming the way Australian airspace is managed for generations to come.
We are seeking an experienced OneSKY Training Delivery Specialist to lead the planning, development, implementation, and governance of training solutions that will support Airservices operational personnel transitioning to next-generation air traffic management capabilities.
This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in a nationally significant program while working alongside aviation, training, and operational experts.

The Role & The Team
As the OneSKY Training Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and delivering an integrated training system that supports the successful implementation of CMATS and associated capabilities. You will work across multiple stakeholder groups, with a strong focus on Air Traffic Control operations, ensuring personnel receive the training required to effectively perform their roles in the future operating environment.
You will coordinate training activities, align learning solutions with operational requirements and workforce planning, and establish robust governance processes that support successful program outcomes.

You are an experienced training professional who excels in complex operational environments and is passionate about building workforce capability during periods of change. You combine strong stakeholder management, instructional design expertise, and a practical approach to delivering high-quality training outcomes.
