Operations & Compliance Administrator

About the role

In this vital hybrid role, you will bridge the gap between daily transport logistics and strict regulatory compliance. You will ensure our fleet, drivers, and daily workflows meet all industry laws while supporting the smooth execution of our freight operations.

Key responsibilities

• Compliance Tracking: Monitor and update driver logbooks, fatigue management records, and medical certifications.

• Fleet Maintenance Admin: Track vehicle registration dates, scheduling services, and updating maintenance logs.

• Operational Support: Assist with daily scheduling, dispatch, and communication with drivers on the road.

• Accreditation Support: Help prepare audit documentation for industry compliance programs (such as NHVR/NHVAS).

• Data Management: Maintain precise records of delivery paperwork, subcontractor compliance, and internal tracking systems.

About you

• Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within the transport, logistics, or supply chain industry.

• Basic knowledge of heavy vehicle regulations or a strong willingness to learn.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Proficiency with transport management software and the Microsoft Office suite.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with drivers, management, and clients.
