Task & responsibilities Coordinate job vacancy advertising, candidate interviews, applicant assessments, and staff selection processes.   Maintain accurate personnel records and update HR information systems with relevant employee details.   Provide advice to management on workplace relations policies, HR procedures, and employee matters.

  Assist management in addressing staff performance issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters.   Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with workplace legislation.   Advise management on employee performance evaluations, professional development, and performance improvement plans.

Qualification & experience Minimum 1 year of relevant experience. Relevant qualifications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Strong knowledge of HR policies, workplace relations, recruitment, performance management, and compliance requirements.
