Housekeepers and Housekeeping Supervisor Required

• Reporting directly to the Housekeeping Manager. You will have a positively charged character and are a person who is in alignment with the Claremont Hospitality Groups’ vision and values. 

• You’ll represent a positive working relationship with your colleagues at all times and have a strong work ethic and sense of urgency to complete tasks in a timely manner. 

• You’ll be a good communicator and have a commitment to high quality work and efficient staff. 

• Prepare daily work assignments based on the reports from reservations system. 

• Assign duties to staff and ensure they deliver on your objectives for the day

• Investigate and resolve complaints pertaining to housekeeping departments. 

• Issue disciplinary warnings with the Housekeeping Manager to staff who fall short of delivering on standards across cleaning. 

• Motivate and encourage staff to meet daily goals as you’ve defined based on performance whilst strictly adhering to allocated budgets and timing.

• Be willing to perform any reasonable task within the general parameters of this role as directed by your Housekeeping Manager 

• Room Inspections; you'll be in charge of ensuring the rooms serviced for the day are of a high standard and prepared for the arrivals of guests. 

Experience as a housekeeping supervisor within a hotel environment

Proven ability to lead a team of core members to execute the daily responsibilities. Be punctual, reliable, and well presented.

Team orientated but also able to work autonomously. 

Excellent time management skills 

Ability to work well within a team and pitch in 

Excellent and professional communication skills
