Fundraising Specialist

We’re growing our Fundraising team at Ronald McDonald House Sydney 💙We’re looking for a Fundraising Specialist to join us full-time at our House in Randwick.
This is a great opportunity for someone with 2–3+ years’ fundraising experience who’s ready to take the next step, own their own fundraising programs and broaden their experience across different areas of fundraising.
Rather than putting you into one little fundraising box, we want this role to have the opportunity to work across a mix of programs and campaigns, which could include:• Individual Giving appeals• Regular Giving• Gift a Night• Mid-level donor stewardship• Gifts in Wills• Donor journeys and supporter engagement• Campaign planning, delivery and reporting
You’ll report to our Fundraising Manager and join a collaborative Fundraising & Marketing team where you’ll have your own areas of responsibility, but we’ll also work across campaigns, share knowledge and learn from each other.
What we’re looking for:Someone with at least 2–3 years’ fundraising experience who loves building relationships, understands what makes a great supporter experience and is excited about developing their fundraising career.
