Sales Operations & Materials Planning Coordinator

LS Global is seeking an experienced coordinator to manage wholesale sales operations, customer accounts and material requirements planning within our growing skincare and cosmetics business.

We are looking for a commercially aware, analytical thinker who can interpret sales, inventory and forecast data to support sound planning decisions to help grow our business.

About the role

You will be responsible for:

• Managing relationships with local and international wholesale customers

• Following up customers regarding orders and future requirements

• Processing sales orders and coordinating fulfilment and delivery

• Handling customer enquiries, complaints and quality issues

• Managing MRP, inventory levels and component purchasing requirements

• Analysing sales forecasts, stock availability and future demand

• Coordinating component sourcing, imports and logistics, including suppliers in China

• Maintaining accurate information in Business Central and Excel

About you

You will have:

• Wholesale sales, B2B account-management or customer-service experience

• Experience in MRP, materials planning, inventory planning or purchasing

• Strong analytical, Excel and numerical skills

• ERP experience, preferably Business Central or NAV

• Demonstrated ability in learning new processes and adapting to evolving ERP environments, having experience in Microsoft Dynamics BC or NAV is highly regarded

• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills. High initiative with the ability to anticipate potential supply chain issues and proactively implement solutions

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities

• China sourcing or import coordination experience would be highly regarded

• This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building customer relationships while using data and systems to improve inventory planning and business operations.

• Previous experience working within the FMCG, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical industries would be highly regarded
