What is the Euroline Cadet Program?
The Euroline Cadet Program is a structured two-year development program designed to provide aspiring joinery professionals with hands-on experience across the end-to-end lifecycle of a project. Euroline Cadets gain exposure to key areas of the Euroline business, including estimating, design, drafting, production, project management, procurement, and site installation, building a comprehensive understanding of how high-quality joinery solutions are delivered.
The program is designed to foster professional growth and provide a clear career pathway within the Euroline business. Participants are expected to demonstrate capability, commitment and alignment with Euroline throughout the program, with the objective of progressing into a permanent role upon successful completion of the Euroline Cadet Program.
About you
You may come from a trade, design, architecture or construction management background and have a genuine interest in the joinery and manufacturing industry. You're eager to learn, willing to take on new challenges and motivated to build a long-term career with Euroline.
To be eligible for the Program:
Students in their second last or last year of a construction, project management, e trade, design, architecture or construction management or building-related qualification
At the time of application, candidates hold Australian/ New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent Residency
Credit Grade Average
Be able to commence a 4-day working week (1 day Study) in early February 2027
Driver’s License (Provisional or Full)
