High Reach Forklift Operator/Storeperson All Rounder

Our client based in Thomastown who manufacture smallgoods product such as pork, ham and salami, are seeking to appoint a High Reach Forklift/Storeperson operator to assist in their cold storage department. The successful candidate must possess certain versatile skills and abilities, as the position requires you to work your own pace, occasionally reporting to Production Management and various warehouse staff.

To be successful in obtaining this role, you must have:

• High Reach Forklift License [Key Essential];

• Previous experience in Cold Storage environments.

• Previous duties and experiences as a Steersperson.

• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Excel to assist with data entry and stock input.

• Strong work ethic.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Fantastic time management capabilities, with experience in prioritising workflow with the ability to increase efficiency and effectiveness; and

• Ability to work well within a team environment.
