Delivery Driver

Shoalhaven Spring Water is hiring.

We're a local Nowra business. We bottle spring water at our South Nowra factory and deliver it to homes and businesses right across the Shoalhaven. We've been doing it a long time and we're growing.

This isn't just a driving job. You'll be out meeting people every day — delivering to regular customers, introducing yourself to new businesses, setting up water coolers and looking after the people on your patch. There's real scope here to build something and take on more as you go.

What you'll be doing

• Delivering spring water to homes and businesses across the Shoalhaven
• Installing, swapping and servicing water coolers
• Talking to new businesses and signing them up on free trials
• Looking after your customers and sorting out any issues
• Helping out at the factory with loading, bottling and warehouse work when needed

What we're looking for

• Reliability above everything. Our customers plan their week around their delivery. If you show up, on time, every day, you'll do well here.
• Good physical fitness. You'll be lifting 15L bottles all day and in and out of the truck constantly. It's a genuinely active job.
• Someone who's comfortable talking to people — customers, receptionists, business owners, whoever answers the door.
• Neat and professional. You're representing us at people's homes and workplaces.
• Able to work on your own and use your head.
• Current driver's licence. LR is a plus, but if you don't have one we'll help you get it.

You don't need delivery experience. We'll teach you the job. If you've come from sport or fitness, hospitality, retail, a trade, warehousing, removals, or anything else where you were on your feet and dealing with people, you'll pick this up fast.

Pay: $32.00 – $38.00 per hour
