Job Description/Skills:• Test Strategy, Test Planning & Test Management• Functional, SIT, UAT, Regression & End-to-End Testing• Automation Testing (Selenium / Playwright / UFT)• Insurance Domain Expertise (Policy Administration, Claims, Underwriting, Billing & Payments)• API Testing and SQL/Data Validation• Defect Management using JIRA / Azure DevOps• Agile & Waterfall Delivery Methodologies• Reporting, People, Stakeholder/Customer Management• Team Leadership and Onsite-Offshore Coordination• Excellent Communication, Risk Management & Reporting Skills
Experience:12+ years in Software Testing with 5+ years in Test Lead/Senior Test Lead role.Experience in leading large-scale Insurance testing programs and releases.Insurance Domain Expertise (Policy Administration, Claims, Underwriting, Billing & Payments)
