As an Outpatients Administration Officer you’ll play a vital role in helping patients access the specialist medical services they need while supporting clinicians and contributing to a culture of excellence

Demonstrated customer focused approach with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines. Confidence working both independently and collaboratively within a fast paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn the eMR system, with a strong commitment to confidentiality and continuous improvement. A flexible, proactive and positive approach, with a passion for supporting patient care.
