What You'll Do:

• Shape employee experiences by partnering with leaders and empowering them through coaching, training, and hands-on support.
• Lead performance management processes and resolve conflicts with compassion and respect.
• Navigate employee and industrial relations, offering expert advice to operations leaders on complex issues with compliance and procedural fairness front of mind.
• Build and maintain strong, credible relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with our goals and values.
• Play a key role in our period of growth and change. Your input will help shape the future of our culture and our people.

About You:

• You're experienced in employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution, with a natural talent for finding straight forward solutions to complex challenges.
• You hold a HR qualification and have demonstrated experience when it comes to interpreting and applying awards and NES.
• You excel at providing thoughtful, strategic advice to leaders and can handle challenging conversations with ease and respect.
• You're a natural relationship builder, with strong communication skills that allow you to connect with stakeholders at all levels.
• You have a passion for helping others grow—whether through group training or one-on-one coaching, you know how to uplift and develop leaders.
• You are compliance focused and detailed orientated, ensuring your work aligns with industry best practice and regulatory standards.
• You're adaptable, collaborative, and eager to step into a role where you can make a meaningful impact and your contribution are truly valued.
