We’re looking for a driven and passionate Bakery Sales Representative to join our team and play a key role in growing our bakery ingredient sales. This is a unique opportunity to work with a diverse product range, including flours, mixes, icings, toppings, and other specialty bakery ingredients that help our clients create exceptional baked goods.

Your Role

As our Bakery Sales Representative, you’ll be the driving force behind expanding our bakery ingredient sales. You’ll build lasting client relationships and promote a premium range of bakery products that chefs, bakers, and hospitality professionals rely on.

You will:

• Foster and strengthen relationships with existing bakery and food service clients.

• Identify and secure new bakery accounts to grow our market share.

• Promote and sell a broad range of bakery ingredients, mixes, flours, toppings, and packaging solutions.

• Collaborate with senior management to develop innovative sales strategies for the bakery sector.

• Achieve sales budgets and growth targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

About You

You are a results-oriented sales professional with:

• Proven success in Food Service, Hospitality, or Bakery sales.

• A passion for providing top-tier customer service and building long-term relationships.

• Strong planning, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.

• Basic computer proficiency to manage orders, client data, and reporting.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• A self-motivated, proactive, and driven mindset with a what ever it takes attitude.

• A current WA Driver’s License.
