Mobilisation Coordinator – TEC Services Australia
$90,000 + Super | 40–50 hrs/week | WFH / Office / Hybrid
TEC Services Australia is a fast‑growing, family‑owned construction and maintenance business with 120 employees across the Pilbara and WA. We are expanding our capability and seeking an experienced Mobilisation Coordinator to support our workforce deployment across major mining clients and tier‑1 contractors.
About the Role
You will manage end‑to‑end mobilisation of personnel to Rio Tinto, BHP, FMG, and tier‑1 contractors including Kerman, CPB and similar organisations. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, understands mining onboarding requirements, and can coordinate multiple mobilisations simultaneously with accuracy and urgency.
This position offers full flexibility — work from home, in the office, or hybrid depending on your preference.
Key Responsibilities
• Mobilise personnel to major mining clients and tier‑1 contractors
• Coordinate onboarding requirements, VOCs, inductions, medicals, site access, and compliance documentation
• Maintain mobilisation trackers, rosters, and personnel schedules
• Liaise with internal supervisors, HR, and external client representatives
• Ensure all mobilisation documentation meets client standards
• Provide clear communication to employees regarding mobilisation steps, timelines, and requirements
• Support continuous improvement of mobilisation processes
About You
• Minimum 3 years’ experience mobilising personnel to mining clients
• Strong understanding of Rio Tinto, BHP, FMG, and tier‑1 contractor onboarding systems
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Confident communicator with a proactive approach
• Comfortable working remotely, in-office, or hybrid
