Aboriginal Family Support Services is the leading Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation that has been providing services to Aboriginal families and communities across South Australia for over 40 years

AFSS operations are supported by the Corporate Services team, which provides a range of functions vital to the smooth operation of all AFSS projects and services.

Areas of responsibility include:

• Administration
• Accounts Payable/Receivable
• Payroll
• Information & Communication Technology (IT)
• Finance and Reporting
• Tender preparation
• Resources

This is a diverse range of services supporting the organisation, clients and stakeholders.

Who we are looking for:

• Coordinate fleet management, vehicle servicing, repairs, registrations and insurance claims.
• Arrange staff travel, accommodation and travel allowance bookings.
• Manage records archiving, storage and retrieval through external providers.
• Process purchase orders, invoices and office procurement activities.
• Coordinate property maintenance, facilities requests and office resources.
• Provide reception, switchboard and general administrative support across AFSS.

What you need (Compliance Requirements)

• A minimum level of Cert IV in Business Administration, bookkeeping, or equivalent is desirable
• A current South Australian Working with Children Check
• A current National Police Check
• A Safe Environments for Children and Young People (Through Their Eyes) Certificate
• A current Australian Driver's License
