Liver Foundation is looking for an experienced Operations & Executive Support Officer to become the operational backbone of our small national team.

Working remotely, you'll coordinate executive support, projects, Board administration, operational systems and organisational planning while helping us improve the lives of Australians affected by liver disease and liver cancer.

This isn't a traditional executive support role.

You'll genuinely help shape how our organisation operates.

You'll bring

·           Outstanding organisation skills and attention to detail

·           Executive support experience

·           Excellent communication

·           Confidence using Microsoft 365 and other software

·           Experience managing competing priorities

·           A continuous improvement mindset

·           Minimum 5 years in a similar role

Liver disease impacts one in three Australians.  There is still much to do to increase awareness of the 100+ liver conditions among the general community and the clinical community. Liver Foundation is the peak body covering all liver and hepato-biliary diseases in Australia.  We are a national charity aimed at reducing the impact of liver disease for all people in Australia.
