Build your own territory across Victoria's construction and manufacturing sector. Company vehicle, phone and laptop provided from day one.

AGrade Fasteners is looking for a driven sales professional to build and grow our Victorian territory. This is a hands-on, field-based role with genuine autonomy, backed by two decades of industry reputation and a small team where your work is actually seen and valued.

About us

• AGrade Fasteners has been supplying the Australian building and construction industry since 2004, over two decades in business

• We're a family-owned distributor operating Australia-wide, supplying manufacturers, professional retailers, and industrial SME customers

• We're constantly growing our range. We expanded into bolts a few years ago and invested in a new CRM system two years ago to back our team properly

• We're a small, close-knit team. You'll work directly with ownership and management, not sit three layers removed from decision-makers

About the job

• Drive new business and grow existing accounts across your Victorian territory

• Visit construction and manufacturing customers on site, building genuine relationships face to face

• Negotiate terms and pricing that work for both the customer and the business

• Meet clear, regularly reviewed activity and account growth targets

• Report directly to the Sales Manager, with real input into how your territory is run

About you

• You show up, do the work, and get it done properly, no excuses, no shortcuts

• A strong negotiator who understands people and builds relationships that last

• You present yourself professionally, you're the face of the business when you're on the road

• You proactively drive sales rather than waiting for orders to come in

• You have a track record you can point to, whether that's a target hit, a territory grown, an account base expanded, or existing customer relationships you can bring with you

What's on offer

• $70,000 to $100,000 base plus super, dependent on experience (the top of this range is reserved for experienced reps bringing an established customer base with them)
