About The Role
We’re looking for a reliable, thorough Lawn Technician to join our Sydney team.
You’ll start with extensive training alongside Steve, the business owner.Once ready, you’ll be provided a fully equipped 'The Lawn Guys' vehicle and mobile phone.Admin will handle all job scheduling and paperwork.Work is primarily Monday to Friday (7am - 4pm), with weekend work rarely required, only if we have lost time due to weather.The work is physically light but active and satisfying if you enjoy being outdoors.Bonuses at Christmas and end of financial year for loyal team members.Sponsorship available for the right candidate with relevant experience.
About You
We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a desire to grow within a supportive, high-standard team. Ideally you’ll have:
Experience with physical work or outdoor jobsSome customer service experienceA background working independently or unsupervisedA history of reliability (e.g. team sports, leadership, etc.)A current driver’s licenceA desire for a stable, long-term role
