ROLE PURPOSE
Our Print & Marketing Services (PaMS) team offers an end-to-end service that helps businesses design, source, produce, and distribute branded print and marketing assets.

The Customer Success Specialist, PaMS is responsible for proactively managing a portfolio of customer accounts, partnering closely with Sales, Supply Planning, Vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The role is accountable for the operational success of customer accounts through effective management of quoting, inventory, product data and vendor relationships, while driving continuous process improvement. The Customer Success Specialist ensures customer requirements are delivered accurately, efficiently and commercially, while maintaining strong service levels and supporting long-term customer relationships.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Customer Success & Account Management

• Manage customer portfolios, service delivery and stakeholder relationships.
• Proactively resolve issues and identify opportunities to improve customer outcomes.

Inventory & Replenishment

• Manage inventory, replenishment and stock levels to maintain service levels and optimise working capital.

Quoting & Commercial Support

• Source products, prepare quotes and convert approved quotes into accurate sales orders.
• Support tenders and proposals with product, pricing and technical expertise.

Product & Pricing

• Maintain product data, catalogues and customer pricing across relevant systems.
• Manage pricing reviews and commercial adjustments.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify and implement improvements across processes, systems, data and customer experience.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Planning, Procurement, Warehouse, Finance, Customer Experience and Vendors to deliver customer outcomes.

Health, Safety & Environment

• Comply with Winc's HSE policies, procedures and culture.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Experience in Print & Marketing, Procurement, Customer Success or Supply Chain.
• Strong understanding of print and marketing products, production processes and supplier networks.
• Experience in inventory management, replenishment and stock optimisation highly regarded.
• Strong commercial awareness with a customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work autonomously and collaborate effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems; SAP experience highly regarded.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and ongoing learning.
