Junior Sous Chef

Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences through their passion for first class cuisine. You will work along side the Executive Chef, and Sous Chef, to lead our restaurant's Kitchen brigade through the launch of a new dining experience, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee a la carte service to ensure quality and consistency across all menu items.Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising wastage.Contribute to menu planning, specials, and seasonal offeringsMaintain kitchen cleanliness, equipment care, and food safety standards.
