The Food & Beverage Attendant - Room Service is responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience to hotel guests while ensuring all room service operations are conducted efficiently, professionally and in accordance with hotel standards. This role is an integral part of the Food & Beverage team and contributes directly to guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Reporting to the outlet leadership team, you will provide attentive and personalised service to guests, from receiving and delivering orders through to ensuring the accurate collection of service items and maintaining clean, organised work areas. You will work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure food and beverages are delivered to guests promptly and presented to the highest standard. 

A key aspect of the role involves building positive relationships with guests by responding to requests, addressing concerns, and creating memorable service moments. You will proactively seek opportunities to exceed guest expectations, support VIP arrivals, and contribute to achieving guest satisfaction and quality assurance targets.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:

• Valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
• Previous experience in hospitality, food service or customer service environments.
• Strong customer service focus with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management and organisational abilities.
• Ability to resolve problems effectively and remain calm under pressure.
• Competency in using computer systems and technology.
• Experience with hotel property management or electronic ordering systems is desirable.
• Professional presentation and grooming standards.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
• Commitment to continuous learning, development and service excellence.

• Accurately prepare, deliver and collect food and beverage orders.

• Provide VIP guest amenities and personalised service experiences.
• Coordinate effectively with kitchen and hotel departments to ensure timely service delivery
