About the Role

We’re seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Driver / Showroom Consultant to join our friendly Erina team.

This is a dual role offering plenty of variety, you’ll assist customers in the showroom while also handling deliveries and warehouse tasks.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Providing friendly and professional customer service in-store

• Processing sales and orders through our Point of Sales (POS) system

• Delivering goods safely and on time to customers across the region

• Assisting with warehouse operations – picking, packing, and receipting stock

• Operating a forklift (training provided if needed)

• Keeping the showroom and warehouse clean, tidy, and organised

• Working closely with the Branch Manager and wider team to ensure smooth daily operations

What We’re Looking For

We’re after someone who’s motivated, customer-focused, and takes pride in their work.

To be successful, you’ll bring:

• A current driver’s licence (essential)

• A forklift licence (LF) – or willingness to obtain one

• Good time management and communication skills

• A strong work ethic and hands-on attitude

• Basic computer skills

• Knowledge of the plumbing or building industry (preferred but not essential)

• A commitment to safety and teamwork
