Warehouse Storeperson

General Bearing Company is looking for a part-time Warehouse Store person to join our company based in Dandenong South.

About the role

As the successful applicant, your duties as a Warehouse Store person will include but not be limited to:

• processing orders for receiving, stocking, and distributing goods

• picking & packing

• loading/unloading goods from trucks

• stocktaking warehouse products when required

• Replenish shelves and picking locations

• Receive and put away stock

• Move cartons and pallets, Use pallet jacks and forklift equipment

• general warehouse duties (incl. cleaning, reorganisation, customer liaisons etc.)

• occasional product deliveries if required

• Keep the warehouse organised and moving

• adhering to onsite OH&S procedures.

• On site parking

About you

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

• Full Australian working rights (we cannot provide sponsorship at this time)

• Min. 2 years previous warehouse experience or similar essential

• Forklift and Victorian driver's licences essential

• LF forklift licence is required for this position

• Ability to work autonomously & within a team environment

• General physical fitness for lifting.

• Reliable, punctual and honest

• Hardworking with a positive attitude

• Communication skills along with time management, prioritisation and problem solving skills

• Strong work ethic

• Must be able to lift items up to 30kg as part of regular duties
