Disability Support Workers | Multiple Melbourne Locations

About the role

UnitedTribe Disability Support Services is seeking reliable and experienced Disability Support Workers for immediate and upcoming participant shifts across Reservoir, Watsonia, Lalor, Dandenong, Hampton East and surrounding Melbourne suburbs. There is a mix of regular ongoing shifts, community access and daily living supports, with opportunities for workers seeking consistent weekly hours.

Key responsibilities

• Community access and social participation

• Assistance with daily living activities

• Transport and appointments where required

• Supporting participant independence and NDIS goals

• Completing progress notes and required documentation

• Following participant support plans and safety procedures

About you

• NDIS Worker Screening Check

• National Police Check

• First Aid & CPR

• NDIS Worker Orientation Module

• Working with Children Check where applicable

• Driver's licence and reliable vehicle where required

• Relevant disability/support experience preferred

• Strong communication and reliability

• Experience in SIL, complex support, nursing/healthcare and community access
